Our website is truly used for our clients. We place information about your transaction on your very own web page. You can view the progress of your transaction at your convenience, and we keep you informed of market conditions around your neighborhood through our website. Wondering if you even qualify? 1800INFOLINE:

Buyers Drive by and see a yard sign, look at the house, and say I like this house! I wonder what they want for it? The normal thing is they call the number on the sign and get a receptionist. The receptionists wants to take their number and have the agent call them back. Will the possible customer do this? 9 out of 10 will not. A possible lost sale. When in reality it is a possible 9 lost sales, because only 1 in 10 will attempt to call. Our answer is a 24 hr pre-recorded advertisement on your house. Most people today have cell phones. When they drive by our sign and see our pre-recorded message sign, they call the number to hear the information about the property. You say so what! These are emailed directly to your email address and you can view these properties at home, or work, or for that matter any where you can use a computer. We try to give you 15 to 20 properties to look at. Then at your convenience you can drive by the properties and list the ones you would like to see the inside of.
